Pressure/Manual (High) Natural/Quick Release
- 32 ounces unsweetened rice milk
- 6 tablespoons sugar or sweetener of choice
- 1 cinnamon stick, broken
Method
- In an Instant Pot, combine the rice milk, sugar, and cinnamon
- Secure the lid on the pot
- Close the pressure-release valve
- Select MANUAL and set the pot at HIGH pressure for 4 minutes
- At the end of the cooking time, allow the pot to sit undisturbed for 10 minutes, then release any remaining pressure
- Refrigerate until chilled or serve in glasses over ice
