Ingredients
- 4 cans (15 oz.) White Beans
- 1 can (15 oz.) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can (4 oz.) Green Chiles, Diced
- 2 pkgs. White Chicken Chili Seasoning 3 cups Water
- 2 Large Chicken Breasts, Boneless/Skinless (8 oz. ea.)
Method
- Wash off the beans, and strain
- Place in the crock pot, the beans, tomatoes, chili, 2 packs of seasoning, and 3 cups of water
- Blend the ingredients together well
- Place the chicken on top, and cover with the lid
- Switch to high, and cook for 4hrs, or 7hrs on low
- Once cooked, take out the chicken, and pull apart using forks
- Put the chicken back in and dish up
