Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup Red Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Method
- Set the oven to broil for around 10 minutes
- Place the chicken in a broil safe pan and broil on each side for around 5 minutes
- Combine the coconut oil, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, paprika and black pepper in a bowl and place in a microwave for 2 minutes and mix well
- Grease the crock pot with coconut oil and add the chicken wings to it
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss the wings
- Cook the chicken for 2 hours on high
