Crock Pot Chicken Teriyaki Slow Cooker Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken breast or thighs,
- boneless and skinless
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- cup sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Method
- Place the chicken in the crock pot
- Combine the sugar, soy sauce, water and ginger in a bowl and pour it over the chicken
- Cook covered on low for 5-6 hours or for 2-3 hours on high
- Once ready, slice the chicken and garnish with sesame seeds and the green onions
