Ingredients
- 6 – 8 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, thawed
- 1 (4 oz.) Can Green Chiles
- 2 tsp Garlic salt
- 1/2 cup Diced Onions
Method
- Cook the chicken covered for 3 hours in a crock pot on high
- Drain the juices from the crock pot
- Combine the green chiles, garlic salt and onions and pour over the chicken and cook covered for another 30 minutes more on high
- Shred the chicken and spoon some mixture wrapped up in burritos and serve
