Crock Pot Mexican Chicken Chowder Slow Cooker Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 can of yellow corn
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 can 4oz Fritos Jalapeno & Cheddar Cheese dip
- 1 can fat-free chicken broth
- 1/2 cup canned green chilies
- 1 cup light sour cream
Method
- In a crock pot, combine the cream of chicken, corn, broth, green chilies and juice and cook over a low heat
- Add the chopped chicken to the pot
- Cook for 3 ½ to 4 hours
- When done, mix 1 cup of the crock pot mixture, sour cream and cheese dip in a separate bowl
- Add the sour cream mix to the pot and cook for 12 to 15 minutes
