Ingredients
- 475 ml rum
- 9 L apple cider
- 475 ml cranberry juice
- 1¼ cups (250 g) sugar
- cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp whole allspice berries
- orange, studded with whole cloves
- 1 cup (235 ml) rum
Method
- Put all ingredients into slow cooker
- Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then on low 4 to 8 hours
- Serve warm from cooker
- Yield: 12 servings
- Per serving: 207 g water; 232 calories (1% from fat, 1% from protein, 98% from carb)
