Ingredients
- 280 g shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup (160 g) chopped onion
- 1 cup (150 g) peeled and chopped apple
- ½ cup (115 g) brown sugar
- ½ cup (120 ml) cider vinegar
Method
- Place vegetables in a slow cooker
- Combine sugar and vinegar, pour over vegetables, and stir to mix
- Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours
