Ingredients
- 360 g no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 1 can (6 ounces, or 170 g) no-salt-added tomato paste
- 475 ml water
- ½ cup (50 g) chopped celery
- 1 cup (160 g) minced onion
- 1/3 cups (245 g) rice
Method
- Put tomatoes, tomato paste, water, celery, and onion into slow cooker
- Cook on high for 1 hour and then add rice
- Cook for 4 hours more
- Yield: 4 servings
- Per serving: 346 g water; 142 calories (3% from fat, 12% from protein, 84% from carb)
