Ingredients
- 3/4 pound (1.3 kg) turkey breast, halved
- 1 tbsp (14 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsps (2.6 g) parsley
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup (60 ml) dry white wine
- 225g mushrooms, sliced
Method
- Place turkey in slow cooker
- Brush with butter
- Mix together parsley, oregano, pepper, and wine
- Pour over turkey
- Top with mushrooms
- Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours
- Yield: 9 servings
- Per serving: 142 g water; 197 calories (18% from fat, 79% from protein, 2% from carb)
