Ingredients
- 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons (15 g) low-salt onion soup mix
- 2¼ cups (535 ml) water
- 1 cup (185 g) uncooked long-grain rice
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cook on low 5 to 6 hours
- Stir occasionally
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 187 g water; 215 calories (8% from fat, 37% from protein, 55% from carb)
