Ingredients
- 3 pounds (1 3 kg) beef chuck roast
- ½ cup (120 ml) orange juice
- 3 tbsps (45 ml) low-salt soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons (30 g) brown sugar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Place meat in slow cooker
- In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 5 hours
- Yield: 10 servings
- Per serving: 94 g water; 305 calories (32% from fat, 62% from protein, 6% from carb)
