Ingredients
- 1 pound (455 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 cup (160 g) chopped onion
- 476 g refried beans
- 1 tbsp (7 g) salt-free mexican seasoning
- 1 cup (230 g) fat-free sour cream
- ½ cup (58 g) shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown beef and onions in a skillet over medium-high heat and stir in refried beans and Mexican seasoning
- Place in bottom of slow cooker
- Spread sour cream over and sprinkle with cheese
- Cover and cook on low for 1½ to 2 hours
- Yield: 20 servings
- Per serving: 52 g water; 110 calories (56% from fat, 25% from protein, 19% from carb)
