Ingredients
- 1 pound (455 g) lean ground beef
- ½ cup (80 g) chopped onion
- ¾ cup (175 g) mild picante sauce
- 512 g cooked kidney beans
- 1 cup (230 g) sour cream
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 225g Cheddar cheese, shredded
Method
- Jalapenos or mild chili peppers, chopped, to taste
- Cook ground beef with onion in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain
- Mix beef mixture and remaining ingredients together in slow cooker and cook on low about 3 to 4 hours
- Serve with your favorite vegetables or chips
- Yield: 32 servings
- Per serving: 32 g water; 88 calories (59% from fat, 26% from protein, 15% from carb)
