Ingredients
- 455g fat free cream cheese
- 455g small frozen shrimp
- 1 cup (160 g) chopped onion
- ½ cup (90 g) chopped tomato
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook slowly until cream cheese is melted and everything is cooked, about 2 hours
- Keep warm in cooker
- Serve with corn chips or toasted pita bread triangles
- Yield: 16 servings
- Per serving: 53 g water; 100 calories (50% from fat, 36% from protein, 14% from carb)
- Serve with cubes of French bread and some veggies to dip in it
