Ingredients
Makes about 2 cups
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt or lowfat plain yogurt
- ¼ cup freshly grated peeled horseradish
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 pinches sea salt
Method
- Few grinds black pepper
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth
- Taste and adjust the salt
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 2 hours and up to 3 days
