Light And Creamy Mustard Horseradish Sauce Pressure Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

Makes about 2 cups

  • 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt or lowfat plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup freshly grated peeled horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 pinches sea salt

Method

  1. Few grinds black pepper
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth
  3. Taste and adjust the salt
  4. Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 2 hours and up to 3 days
