Ingredients
Makes about 1¼ cups
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or lowfat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Veganaise soy mayonnaise
- 1 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish, to taste
- 1½ tablespoons Champagne vinegar or orange juice
- 2 pinches sea salt
- few grinds black pepper.
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until smooth
- Taste and adjust salt
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for at least 2 hours and up to 2 days
