Ingredients
- 1 lb. fava beans
- 2 lg. onions
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp. fresh parsley (approximately)
- 1/2 lb. chorico
- dash of salt and pepper.
- 1 lg. fresh tomato
Method
- Cut the tip of the fava beans and soak them overnight
- Cook beans until they are well done and soft
- Fry onions, garlic and chorico in a little olive oil, then put in the rest of the ingredients and simmer for one hour
- Pour over the favas when the favas are done
- If you have too much water in the favas drain some out
