Ingredients
- 4 fresh fish steaks (halibut is very good)
- SAUCE:
- 1/4 c. chopped red onion
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- pinch of pepper.
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 sm. can tomato sauce
Method
- Shake fish in mixture of flour, salt, and pepper
- Fry until brown on both sides
- Mix above ingredients for sauce an dip hot fish in mixture
- Remove, then heat sauce to serve as separate gravy
