Pineapple Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 oz strawberry juice
- .5 oz lime juice
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- club soda.
Method
- In a mixing tin, combine the lime and pineapple juice
- Shake well
- Strain the contents into a highball glass over clean ice
- Top with club soda and float the strawberry juice on top
- Garnish with a strawberry and serve
