Zucchini Bacon Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (10 inch pie) unbaked pie crust
- 2 tbsps butter, melted
- 2/3 cup bacon bits
- 4 cups diced zucchini
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
- Put some crumbled bacon in the dish and then blend cream, zucchini and eggs very thoroughly
- Now add marjoram, cayenne, onion salt and this mix together
- Also add some cheese and pour this into the dish
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the top of the quiche is golden brown in color
