Ingredients
- 1 lb. mild bulk beef sausage
- 6 eggs
- 2 C. milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 6 slices white bread (cubed)
- 1 C. cheddar cheese (grated)
Method
- Heat a skillet and cook the crumbled sausage until browned
- Drain the grease and keep aside to cool
- In a large bowl, add the eggs, add milk, dry mustard and salt and beat well
- Add the bread cubes and stir to combine
- Add the cheese and browned sausage and mix well
- Refrigerate, covered overnight
- Set your oven to 350 degrees F
- Cook in the oven for about 45 minutes
