Creamy Sour Corn Souffle Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 (14-16 oz.) cans creamed corn
  • 1/2 C. sour cream
  • 1/2 C. milk

Method

  1. Set your oven to 400 degrees F before doing anything else and arrange a rack in the center of oven
  2. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish
  3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and with an electric mixer, beat until foamy
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until well combined
  5. Place the mixture into prepared baking dish
  6. Cook in the oven for about 35 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
