Ingredients
Serves 8
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato pulp
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of frozen corn
- 1 prepared pizza crust (12-inch)
- 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese
- sliced ??onions (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 425ºF
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat and drain off the fat
- Add seasoning mix, tomato puree, and water while stirring
- Cook to a boil
- Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add the corn while stirring
- Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet
- Spoon meat mixture over crust
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted
