Aloha Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 10
  • 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup margarine – melted
  • 16 ounce cream cheese – softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts – toasted
  • 8 1/2 ounce crushed pineapple – drained
  • 1 med kiwi peeled – sliced

Method

  1. Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F, 10 minutes.
  3. Combine cream cheese, sugar and milk, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in nuts; pour over crust.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F, 45 minutes
  7. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
  8. Chill.
  9. Before serving, top with fruit.
