Easy Italian Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- Serving Size : 16
- 1 package yeast
- 3 cup bread flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter (sweet – at room temp)
- 1 cup less 1 T hot water
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Method
- Be sure to use “crisp” bread setting and add the egg whites after the rest of the ingredients are moist.
