Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 1 can pink salmon – (15 oz)
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup minced onions
- 1/2 cup flour or mashed potatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups Crisco
Method
- Drain salmon and set aside.
- Add 2 tbsp liquid from salmon into mixing bowl.
- Mix salmon, egg, and onion in salmon liquid.
- Stir in flour and baking powder to mixture, add more liquid if needed.
- Make small patties and fry.
