Ingredients
- Serving Size : 4
- 1 can chow mein noodles – (3 oz)
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup – (10 1/2 oz)
- 1 can tuna – drained and flaked – (6 1/2 or 7 oz)
- 1 cup dry roasted cashews
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup water
Method
- Lemon wedges for garnish
- About 40 minutes before serving: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Set aside 1/2 cup chow mein noodles.
- In 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir rest of noodles with undiluted soup, tuna, nuts, celery, onion and water.
- Sprinkle reserved noodles over top.
- Bake 30 minutes or until bubbling.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
