Ingredients

- 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts – drained and chopped
- 4 ounces canned green chili peppers – rinsed, seeded, chop
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Method
- Tortilla chips
- Breadsticks
- Combine the chopped artichoke hearts, chopped chili peppers, cheese, and mayonnaise.
- Turn mixture into an 8-inch round baking dish.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or till heated through.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips and breadsticks.
- Makes about 2 3/4 cups.
