Ingredients

- 2 cups pinto beans – * see note
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic – minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons red chiles; ground
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pepper – to taste
- * Pinto beans can be home cooked or canned. Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups of dip.
