Ingredients

- 1/2 pound ham diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cup asparagus tips and stems
- salt and pepper to taste 1 pound macaroni cooked
- 1/4 cup butter
- grated cheese (parmigiana)
- 2 med onions chopped
Method
- Saute onions in butter until pale in color.
- Add asparagus and ham and saute for 2 min Keep heat low and add heavy cream
- After 30 seconds turn Off heat don`t get the cream too hot or it will separate
- Pour over hot cooked pasta and toss with cheese.
- Serve with extra cheese on the side.
