Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cream
Method
- Put butter and cream in wide shallow serving bowl in warm (200 degree) oven.
- When butter has melted stir in 2/3 of the cheese.
- When pasta is al dente, toss with sauce, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Delicious.
