- 6 apples
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Peel and core apples.
- Put through coarse blade of grinder.
- Mix with sugar and cinnamon.
- Fill pierogi.
- Cover the cooked pierogi with thick sour cream, buttered bread crumbs sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake in oven at 350F for 15 minutes
