Mushroom Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 1
  • 150 grs mushrooms (cut in strips)
  • 1 onion (medium – preferably brown)
  • 1 garlic clove (or 2 small ones)
  • 10 milliliters or saut,ing substitute
  • 1 tb of sour cream or – (1 to 2)
  • substitute
  • 5 ml balsamic vinegar. – (5 to 10)

Method

  1. Saute chopped onion and garlic over moderate heat till soft.
  2. Add mushrooms.
  3. When soft (usually 2 min), add seasoning, LF sour cream or substitute and vinegar.
  4. Stir gently.
  5. When heated serve on rice or noodles or baked potatoes.
