Corn-Zucchini Medley Recipe

Ingredients

Serving Size : 8

• 1/2 cup sweet cream butter
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 2 cloves garlic – crushed
• 2 large zucchini – thinly sliced
• 2 cans vacuum-pack golden whole kernel corn with – (12 oz)
• sweet peppers
• 1/2 teaspoon dill weed

Method

1. In large skillet melt butter.
2. Add onion, garlic and zucchini; saute until zucchini is tender.
3. Stir in corn and dill weed.
4. Heat through.
