Ingredients

  • 1 packet plain instant oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon shredded sweetened coconut
  • 2 tablespoons canned crushed pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • Method

  • Stir together oatmeal, milk and coconut.
  • Microwave on High power for 2 1/2 minutes.
  • Stir in pineapple and brown sugar.
