Low Fat Feta-Tomato Toppers Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese, 4 ounces
  • 3 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 36 melba rounds or toasts
  • Method

  • In small bowl, combine cheese, tomatoes, onion, pepper and oregano.
  • Spoon onto melba rounds and serve.
  • Makes 36 servings.
