Keto Cheese And Artichoke Dip Recipe

  • 10 ounces canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 20 ounces Monterey-Jack cheese, shredded

Method

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients, except for the Monterey-Jack cheese.
  3. Place the mixture in a lightly greased baking dish.
  4. Top with the shredded Monterey-Jack cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 17 to 22 minutes or until bubbly.
  6. Serve warm.
