Ingredients
Serves: 12.
- 4 ounces toasted desiccated coconut
- 2 ounces coconut oil
- 2 ounces butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 vanilla bean scraped
- 1 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon stevia (or other sweetener)
- pinch of sea salt.
Method
- Melt the butter and coconut oil over low heat.
- Add the coconut, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, stevia and sea salt.
- Mix well to combine.
- Pour the mixture into silicone candy molds and place in the freezer for an hour, until hardened.
- Remove from the molds.
- Store the leftovers in the fridge.
