Keto Vanilla Coconut Fat Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 5.

  • 1/2 cup of vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup of flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup of coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ounce dark chocolate (85% cacao) or sesame seeds

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the coconut milk, coconut flour, softened butter, vanilla and flaked coconut.
  2. Mix well and shape the mixture into small balls.
  3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
  4. Coat the balls with melted chocolate and refrigerate before serving.
  5. Alternatively you can coat the balls with sesame seeds.
