- 1 tablespoon (14 g) butter
- 1 tablespoon (3.8 g) minced fresh parsley
Method
- Wedge of lemon
- Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed skillet over low heat
- Add the fish fillets and saute for 5 minutes on each side or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily, turning carefully
- Transfer to serving plates, top with the minced parsley, and serve with a wedge of lemon
