Slow-Cooker Keto Orange Smokies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (455 g) small smoked sausage links
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Keto No-Sugar-Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons (3 g) Splenda
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon guar or xanthan

Method

  1. Put the sausage in your slow cooker
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, lemon juice, Splenda, and orange extract
  3. Thicken the mixture just a little, if you think it needs it, with guar or xanthan
  4. Pour the sauce over the sausage
  5. Cover the slow cooker, set it to low, and let it cook for 3 hours
  6. Keep the sausages hot in the slow cooker to serve

Makes 8 servings
