Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Keto No-Sugar-Ketchup
- 1/4 cup (6 g) Splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) bourbon
- 1/2 pound (225 g) cocktail-size hot dogs
Method
- In a large bowl, stir together the ketchup,
- Splenda, molasses, worcestershire sauce, and bourbon
- Put the hot dogs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them
- Cover the slow cooker, set it to low, and let it cook for 2 hours
- Then uncover and cook for 1 more hour
- Serve with toothpicks for spearing
Makes 6 servings
- Each with 5 g protein, 4 g carbohydrate, trace dietary fiber, 4 g usable carbs
