Ingredients
- Serves: 8
- 3 cups red lentils, rinsed and drained
- 3 1/2 cup tomatoes, crushed
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 6 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 Serrano chili, diced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, minced
- 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp ginger powder
Method
- Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir well.
- Cover and cook on high for 5 hours.
- Uncover the slow cooker and cook for another 50 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
