Classic Coffee Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
Servings : 4-6 dishes.
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup cream of coconut
- 4 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour the mixture into your ice cream maker
- Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions then transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for as long as desired
