Chocolate And Goji Berry Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
Servings : 12 muffins.
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch salt
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup agave syrup
- ¼ cup Goji berries, chopped
Method
- In a bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and cocoa powder, as well as a pinch of salt
- Stir in the almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and agave syrup
- Give it a good mix then fold in the Goji berries
- Transfer the batter to your muffin pan lined with muffin papers and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-30 minutes or until fragrant and golden brown
- Remove the pan from the oven and allow the muffins to completely cool before serving
