Air Fryer Breaded Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 11/2 ounces pork rinds, finely ground
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 4 (4-ounce) pork chops

Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground pork rinds, chili powder, and garlic powder
  2. Brush each pork chop with coconut oil and then press into the pork rind mixture, coating both sides
  3. Place each coated pork chop into the air fryer basket
  4. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
  5. Flip each pork chop halfway through the cooking time
  6. When fully cooked the pork chops will be golden on the outside and have an internal temperature of at least 145°F
