Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1 cup low-carb, sugar-free pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- In a 4-cup round baking dish add chicken, pepperoni, and pizza sauce
- Stir so meat is completely covered with sauce
- Top with mozzarella and grated Parmesan
- Place dish into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
- Dish will be brown and bubbling when cooked
- Serve immediately
