Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 ounce pork rinds, finely ground
- 1/4 cup blanched finely ground almond flour
- 1 large egg
Method
- Place mozzarella in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until melted
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until a mostly smooth dough forms into a ball easily
- If dough is too hard, microwave for 15 seconds
- Roll dough out between two pieces of parchment into a large rectangle and then use a knife to cut triangle shaped chips
- Place the chips into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 5 minutes
- Chips will be golden in color and firm when done
- As they cool, they will become even more firm
