Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 pound radishes
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
- Remove roots from radishes and cut into quarters
- In a small bowl, add butter and seasonings
- Toss the radishes in the herb butter and place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
- Halfway through the cooking time, toss the radishes in the air fryer basket
- Continue cooking until edges begin to turn brown
- Serve warm
